Behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Ion Water Solutions¬†purchase, simply return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the purchase. Return to a 10% re-stocking fee. We¬†guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Shipping charges, water bottles or used filter cartridges will not be refunded. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it within one year of purchase. Faucets are suitable for all current ionizer machines.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases from Ion Water Solutions by mail or at any of our locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in our office. You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges. Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. If you send merchandise that does not include manuals, fittings and all other items originally included with the product to Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Ion Water Solutions is not responsible for packages loss in transit without proof of tracking. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
